Objectives for tomorrow & close of Day 1

At the end of the first day, we should:
- All know each other
- Have a common understanding of the objectives of the conference
- Have a clear and shared understanding of our project and what it intends to do.

 

Tuesday 4th March: Developing the Research Methodologies

At the end of the second day, we should:
- Have a broad understanding of the value chains that we are looking at
- Know what information we need
- Know who we need to talk to in order to get that information
- Know what tools we will use to collate and collect that information
- Have a plan for piloting this during the field work on Wednesday & Thursday

 

Wednesday & Thursday 5th & 6th March: Piloting the approach

  At the end of the field work we will
- have a deeper understanding of the Chinese tilapia value chain.
- have identified any major gaps in our research methodologies.
